SINOMA-TCDRI pan conveyors feature a rational and reliable structure as well as an advanced process. ●頭部輪軸組采用雙楔塊定位，安裝調節更簡單。

●鏈輪分體式設計，鏈輪磨損只需更換齒圈。

●齒圈分成多片，更換齒塊更容易。

●齒圈為雙切齒，鏈輪轉動兩圈每個齒才嚙合一次，使用壽命更長。
Gear ring is double tangent teeth，when the sprocket turns two circles, every teeth only joggles once. It can
have a longer using life.
●齒圈通過連接脹套與輪轂聯接，可增加聯接處的抗剪截面，提高抗剪切力及聯接螺栓的使用壽命。
Gear ring connected by the expansion sets and hub, it can increase shear-section of the connection, and improve the shear strength and life time of connecting bolt.
